Mon, October 13, 2003 - 4:34 PMok, so my favorite show we've done (since no one else has responded here yet!) is a toss up between the dolly ranchers last show and the triple creme show. but i'm almost CERTAIN they will both soon be replaced by our upcoming show with alix olson and pamela means!!! cuz that show is gonna blow everyone away. (though it's really hard to compare shows/bands cuz they are all so good and really, i haven't been disappointed with any shows we've done yet - they've all been great).

Tue, October 14, 2003 - 7:25 AMi had a lot of fun at the discharge information system/wau wau sisters/ butchies show, which could have been jack daniels' fault AND because all of the butchie babes spent the nite at my house. I still sigh when i recall the image of a sleep crusty Kaia.
Now, as far as producing 'em, I have to agree with Mags: dolly ranchers and triple creme were both supreme. They were low-stress, high energy. both bands totally rocked the crowd. it affirmed my reasons for being 1/3 of ggp: love of creativity and super cool people and sounds.
i am way looking forward to alix olsen and pamela means. pamela does a cover of strange fruit that chilled me. i hope she does it at the Nov. 19th show. And Alix Olsen defies the liberal stereotype by constantly pushing her mostly-liberal audience to consider the radical, lefty edge. Plus, she's a white girl working on her privilege. love it.

Wed, October 15, 2003 - 11:06 AMokay wow I didn't put my favorite show hhmm ahh I think it would be the butchies show because I never considerd myself a fan of anything. I have the ability of not being star stuck but I was smiten by the butchies or maybe I was drunk I don't know.
